1-TO-1 COACHING

Fully personalised, in-person sessions tailored to your body, your goals and your schedule. Whether we train in a private studio, outdoors or at your home, I’ll guide you through each session, making adjustments as we go so everything feels right and you keep progressing.

Some people prefer to take it session by session, others like to commit to a longer block so we can build more consistency and see how their body responds over time. If you’re working towards something specific over the next few months, we can structure things over a 12-week period and track your progress closely along the way.

ONLINE COACHING

Online coaching gives you structure and support, with the flexibility to train around your schedule and wherever you are. It works well if you travel, work remotely, or prefer training independently while still having guidance in place. We stay in regular contact through check-ins and messages, so your program continues to evolve as you do. 

Your training is built around what you have access to, whether that’s a full gym or something more minimal. If your routine shifts, we adapt so you can keep progressing without disruption. Nutrition is approached in a practical way, using BioSignature principles to guide decisions, giving you structure without making it restrictive.

SERVICE 3

YOGA

Yoga sessions focused on helping you move better, recover properly and feel more balanced. Suitable for all levels, including those who have never tried yoga before or do not feel it is for them.

The focus is on practical movement, improving mobility, reducing discomfort and learning how to use your breath to manage stress. There is no pressure to perform or force positions, just a way of working with your body as it is.

Sessions are available for small groups, and takes place in a studio. A chair-based option is also available for those with limited mobility or recovering from injury.
