No, Precision by Eser isn’t a walk-in gym. You can only train with me by booking a session, so there’s no public access to the facility outside of that. This keeps things private, focused, and means the space and equipment are always ready for you the moment you arrive — no waiting around, no distractions.
Short answer — no. Spot reduction isn’t a real thing, no matter what exercise you throw at a particular body part. Fat loss happens across your whole body, driven by being in a calorie deficit, not by targeting one area with extra reps. What we can do is build the muscle underneath so that as you lose fat, the areas you care about most look leaner and more defined. That’s where good programming comes in.
No honest trainer can promise you a specific result — anyone who does is selling you something. What I can promise is a programme built on proven methods, consistent tracking, and full accountability, so you’re never guessing whether what we’re doing is working. Every client I’ve worked with who’s followed the plan and stayed consistent has seen real change — that’s the process I bring to you.
Some soreness in your first week or two is completely normal, especially if your body isn’t used to structured training. As long as it’s not severe, it’s safe to train through it — in fact, staying consistent is what helps it ease off faster. I’ll always check in on how you’re feeling and adjust intensity if needed.
In many cases, yes — I regularly work with clients managing injuries or health conditions, and I build programmes around what you can do rather than what you can’t. That said, for certain conditions I’ll ask you to get medical clearance from your GP or a specialist first, just to make sure we’re training you safely. Your health always comes before your goals.
Strictly one-to-one. Every session is just you and me, with the programme built entirely around your goals, schedule, and progress no sharing attention, no generic group programming.
They’re not the same thing, even though people use the words interchangeably. Weight loss is just the number on the scale going down — that could be fat, muscle, or water. Fat loss is specifically about reducing body fat while holding onto (or building) muscle, which is what actually gives you the toned, athletic look most people are really after. It’s why I focus on fat loss with my clients rather than just “losing weight” — the results last longer and look better.
Yes,and it goes further than just working around it. In most cases, the right training programme doesn’t just avoid aggravating an injury, it actively helps improve it. Back pain, knee pain, and similar issues are often made worse by weakness or imbalances that structured strength training can correct over time. I’ll always start by understanding your specific issue and, where needed, ask for medical clearance first — but once we’re clear to proceed, my programming is built to strengthen the areas around the problem, not just tiptoe around it. Many clients come to me managing pain and leave training pain-free.
